Thanks a lot, Timothy's and Windowman. I will try to make the furnace run longer.

How about using a Dehumidifier? If so, what brand/model of the Dehumidifier is better. The size of the house is about 2200 sq ft.

winter is dry enough. You should not use Dehumidifier.
Dehumidifier is for basement in summer.
In my experience if you have air conditon in summer and you keep fan runing 24 hours. You don't need it.

Remove the screen during winter time as the screen will limit the air flow and moisture will stay with the window. I bet you the molds are more or less found at the base of the window (movable windows) where a screen is attached. The ones without a screen (fixed windows) will be far less molds.

-Improve air flow around windows by removing screen.
-Do not set house temperature too high, e.g. 20C to minimize condensation.
-Turn ventilation fan,e.g. washroom fan especially after cooking and shower.
-Mold can be removed with brush/water. worse case, use a little bit of bleach to clean. mold will not come back so easy.
-There's no need to keep the furnance fan on all the time. Furance fan draws a lot of power which is far too expensive. 2200 sqft house will mostly need a 0.5HP or even could be a 3/4HP fan which requires about 9KWH per day!! or 270KWH per month!!$$$$$$$$$$!
-Install a HRV will be the best for air quality as well as humitdity control reason.

发霉明显的位置是窗户底部的木框。看上去好像是玻璃上的水淌下来落到底部木框上而长霉。当然窗户周围也有，但看起来不像底部那么明显。

这跟如下帖子实际上是一回事。你需要在玻璃窗和窗框之间再加一层insulation. Wal-mart和Canadian Tire有卖的：Windows Insulation Kit。

I heard: insulation may break the glass of windows. Installation insulation may expired the warrant of Windows. But I don't know. Is there anybody who can share experience?

戴上胶皮手套，找一块抹布（不准备再要的），蘸Bleach擦拭，1分钟后即可将霉菌氧化掉。
