其实没有人回你的帖子,是因为没有人知道.这里几乎没有专门的接待站.
不过你可以去主页上看"便民服务"栏里有两个介绍,

I know there is a reception house in Ottawa, but I am not sure whether you are eligible or not, because it is funded by government and they only charge a little ot free to landed immigrants. Maybe you can ask them directly. Their contact is: tel: (613) 731-3237 fax: (613) 731-6636.
