今天Universal Energy的人上门推销residential energy price protection plus计划，Gas: 5 years term - 39.9 cents/m3; Electricty: 5 years term - 7.99 cents/KWh. 不知哪位研究过或已经签署了这个plan，请指点一下这个plan好不好。谢谢！
