问一个手机 call forwarding 的问题

有个手机是 Rogers Pay As You Go, 有 call forwarding 功能， 0.40/分钟。比如号码是 613-333-3333

要是周末和晚上，把手机 call forward 到 bell 座机上。

问题是： 要是有人(周末和晚上)打我的号码 613-333-3333 (这时号码已经 forward 到座机上了), 我用 bell 座机跟她聊了一小时，哪我要不要付 0.40/分钟？

直觉告诉我，不用付。 但 Rogers 网站上有句：
These services have no monthly fee and are charged on a pay per use basis at your per minute rate. Customers may opt out of these services by calling Melanie, our automated system, at *611 or 1-800-575-9090.

I have a Fido cell phone. They did not charge me 3 months ago, unfortunately, they changed policy and charged me as above recently. ( Plus, it is a separate charge even I had not used out my planed minutes. I got $0.20/min and count by second, it depends on your plan.

On the other side, 当打你家电话 (Bell)， Forward 转到你的手机。 你接了，那就开始计费（手机的费用); but 聊多久都不会收你家电话费用。
