you'll have furnituresne single bed,
computer desk, TV, Cable.
if you want to continue, above facilities are not
available. and you need to make a new application
and wait for approvement from the landlord.
price is same, 650/month

2, if you want to assume it from 3/1, no furnitures,
and you need to make a new application
and wait for approvement from the landlord.
price I guess is 700/month
