求助英文翻译： start in accounts

今天遇到这个用法，start in accounts
有2个地方：
（1）是对话
A: How are you?
B: Fine. Thanks.
A: What do you do here?
B: I’m starting in accounts.

（2）是招工简章
If you wish to apply for this job please answer the questions below ：
Are you looking for a first start in accounts?
Are you happy to work Shift hours?
Do you have experience retrieving debt?

请问这个词做何解？是说会计做帐的工作吗？

It seems the job is account receiveable, the person collects money that someone/company owes.

Perharps it is an enrty level account job, it needs a shift hours and figure out/collect the debt in the accounting. This is my guess, I am not doing account job.

One book keepimg could do account recieveable and payable job, the above menioned is only for account receiveable.
