不知道bells corners这个社区怎模样？

我在kanata上班，想买房。发现bells corners这个社区离kanata和ottawa距离适中，但是那的房子便宜，不知道有没有什么特殊的原因。

说实话，不怎么样

很好的地方.
交通方便:邻417,接416和Huntclub.
购物方便:10分钟之内可到Bayshore和Kanata ShoppingCentre,还有Cosco.
还有Kanata的油比市中区便宜几分钱.

The houses in this areas are much older, most are more than 25 years.

Myself, I wouldn't buy a house there, but as MEMO said, transportations are convenient.

还算方便，但几乎全是普通低价房。

好象没有开发商愿意开发这个地方，那里的环境好象是不好，我去过一回。
