The best one I know is the one that the hospital uses, I can't remember the name. I know you can rent it for free or a small fee in some community centers. or you can check with the hospitals and shoppers drug mart.

我也觉得医院的这种最好用.

我生第一个孩子时在国内根本不能用pump，因为乳头非常的敏感，一吸就非常疼。这次在医院也有偏见，护士让我用时我还犹豫。用后才发现真是不一样。可惜我在住院前就先买了一个Lansihno（好像是这么拼的吧），否则一定去租一个，那怕多花点钱也值了。
