in my understanding , that french restaurants are the kind of restaurant provide u the finest food and good quality of service. the one u went to maybe just some kind bistro, tratorria or brasserie level.

french name, french servers and french menu doesnt mean it's a french restaurant -_-

国内的西餐厅还用中文名字华人服务生和中文Menu呢-_-，但那并不是中餐厅，多简单的道理，餐厅看名字是看不出好坏和菜系的
