有没有遇到过租房不给房钱的人

这种情况是说房东把整个房子都租给房客吗?
那如果房东和房客住在同一个房子里发生了矛盾, 或者房客不交房租等等, 房东可以让房客走吗?
如果可以要怎么操作?
