耗油：这个实在非常喜欢的话，问waiter后厨有没有，如果有进的话可以专门为您拿些。

汤粉：总公司的进口调料，没办法调整，见谅。

如果是帐目出现错误，可能是cashier粗心打印错了别的桌子的单子；或者是点单的时候waiter没跟您交代清楚。这种错误出现，我们赔礼道歉，不用找任何"没training好”的借口，我们做错了就是错了。

我也在此提醒各位头一次来消费的朋友们，最好在点单的时候有任何价格上的疑问都提出来。如果在买单的时候才发现问题的话，如果您觉得自己理亏，直接找店长帮您妥善处理。

“头头”：我们的前厅经理在工作时候难免会犯错误，希望您给个改错的机会，不要因为犯一次错误就一棒子打S他，他在工作的认真程度上是个非常不错的人。

信誉是商家的命脉，谁也不会因为一张单子黑了自己的名声对吗？

收错钱是常有的事,有次我去SUBWAY买一只6-INCH SUB,结果收了我6.27,估计是按错键,收了套餐的钱.

The problem was he didn't tell me there are two different prices: $10.99 and $12.99. He didn't show me the menu and we just orally talked. He also didn't tell me that if I need more meat, I can order more. I told him I want simplest one since I was just one person. He charged me $12.99 + 锅底钱 + taxi + tip

After I got home, my husband told me the difference and then I realized I paid more than I should. The thing was over and It was not a big deal for me to pay several dollars more. I post this out just want to remind other customers.

I have to say that I went to your restaurant second time with my mom. This time, it was same person to service us and he did showing me the menu and told me all the information I need. My mom was pretty happy there. Thanks.
