This is a bit tricky. You need to contact iTalkBB support or have admin access. In order to keep the setting, you also need to disable provisioning of SPA2102; otherwise, the setting will come back to its default when resyncing with the server every two hours.

It has to do with your bandwidth.

Your company's bandwidth most likely is very high, i.e. commercial grade. Those in residential buildings, and don't believe what Rogers or Bell like to tell you, are in "most time", not high bandwidth. And so the quality of the voip in resident is inconsistent.

my dlink doesn't have QoS?

how can i know for sure my router has QoS? thanks

Normally a router will state if it supports QOS or not, if your doesn't mention it in the box, then it probably doesn't.

For example this one: D-Link DI-724U Wireless G QoS Router, it just say so.
