I have a master bedroom available in a three bedroom apartment at Bayshore. You could take 96 to go to Kanata Town Center (15 minutes). Two roommates, one is a master student, one is a Carleton Univerisity student. It's 440$/month all inclusive with shared washroom. Nobody is staying in the living room, very quiet roommates.
