做事有始有终：今天修车完毕，税后$531.1（380零件+90人工）。Bronson 那店要收$630（358零件+200人工）.
查询了Canadian Tire和两家华人店，三家均报1个小时的人工（$90）， Bronson 报$200人工。
power steering pump的费用：
CT $350 or 275(no guarante, but if they can sell my old one to a dealer, $75 would be returned to me) out of stock, $387 if they buy one from the dealer.
The Chinese garage in which the pump was changed, $380 almost same as CT.
当初发帖的原因是，他们一听我不换件，立刻翻脸要收我1.5小时的人工费，而实际我同意发生的人工最多30分钟。即便算上他们事先没提的检查时间30分钟，也只有1个小时。况且，发现他们对西人顾客声称，检查免费。
以前，在Bronson那家先后花了$2000左右修车，算是熟客，此乃商家所谓“杀熟“是也！
修车这行业，信息不对称。大多数顾客第一次很难知道换一个零件的具体人工需要，或是一个配件的价格。通常，我是没时间每次去货比三家。对于报价比Canadian Tire要高出20%的商家，我只有避而远之！
There are only around 20,000 Chinese in Ottawa. Even they did not have any business from local Chinese, they will not go bankruptcy. So, my purpose is mainly for others' benefits.
What I did was just to tell the fact, and I know someone will be barking here later. I will not have any time to pay more attention to this one.
