Do not buy funiture from The Brick

The customer service of The Brick is very bad. I bought the dining table that delivered to my home 3 weeks ago, and now I am still waiting for the parts. After you paid the money, The Brick does not care you anymore.

The customer service is really sucks.

When we bought somthing a few years ago, it was not this bad.
"Bricks" may have changed to "Nuts" since then.

After I heard complain the brick from both of my neighbor, I won't go shopping there again.
One neighbor bought a dinning table, after 3 times deliever, the table still missing parts... so finially, the return all the furnitures.

Another neighbor bought appliances, fews pieces damaged, they refused to accept.

Does everyone know that Brick does not have return policy, once they
deliver the good, it can not be returned unless it has some defect. That
is why you can discuss the price in Brick.

We bought dinning table set there and found one chair leg broken when we installed the set last September. We finally got the broken part replaced just before Christmas after calling them infinite times!

这家店在Gatineau,可能不太方便于Ottawa的人，但是我个人感觉还不错。上次买了个冰箱，2天就送货，好像是free delivery,还负责把旧的处理掉。也提供finance，价格一般是税后的。也是先去Brick问过，但是送货时间太久，而我们急等着用。

Yes, Brault has very good service, we bought something from there long times ago, they told us need to wait for awhile, we told them we move in a rental appartment there had no furintures, end up they delivered our order a lot faster.

That is very bad, no return policy. Luckly we did not buy appliance there. Most of the big company has price match, so why go to Brick?

one of the worst furniture stores! There is store called Broyhill Furniture, it carries good stuff, very modern.
