有关EI的问题

兄弟最近下来了刚开始拿EI, 不过又拿到个短期合同, 能否在合同期间停掉EI，然后合同结束后继续拿，会不会扣掉相应的三个月。请教各位！

看见以前有人说过，好像可以。 把你的合同内容拿给EI办公室看。（实际上这等于是你重新工作，三个月后再领EI。）

当然要扣除，因为原则上你是已经工作了。

Your EI will be suspended during the new contract period. After that it will
be reinstated, and you may continue to receive the left months of EI.
For example, assuming you had 10 months of EI at the beginning, and
you have already got 2 months of EI, then you will have 8 months of EI
after the contract. Another situation is, if you get vacation pay after collecting EI,
then it's like you obtain a contract of same number of the vacation days.
