For sure, The world cup will be on in TV in Canada, but you have to have such channel like TSN (30), or Ch. 47. That will request you to buy Cable Plus at least. Also the live game may be in midnight since time zone. China is in the same group with Brazil; I believe China is on the list. Certainly, you are more joyable by sitting in you house in China to listen Chinese version.
