请问邮寄12月月票到OCTranspo还能全额refund吗?

错过了21号直接退的机会，但是网站似乎说月底前寄过去还可以refund，请问有人清楚么？

28号之前邮寄到OC Transpo，看来是可以退的：
Rebates and Refunds
The deadline for refunds of December passes and permits is February 21. You can also get a refund cheque by mail if you send in your December pass to:
OC Transpo, Finance Department
1500 St. Laurent Blvd.
Ottawa ON K1G 0Z8.
All mail-in refund requests should be sent by February 28.
The deadline for rebates on 2008-09 Annual Student passes is March 31.

Mine is 2008 fall semester pass. I miss the deadline too.I just call this number 613-842-3600. they give me two options, one is as you found, the other one is he said he could send the e-mail to the sales center where you want to get the money refund.
