I vaguely remember I replied to a similar post that asking about these two builders. Anyways, my house was built by Tamarack, so far so good. Some stuff they provide as standard as oppose as upgrades to other builders. I like their after sale services. In the 30 days inspection, they made appointment w/ you, then all their trademen came the same day to fix little things, very efficient. I prefer Tamarack over Tartan. Most of the Tartan's homes use vinyl siding for the front which doesn't look that great. Also the interior materials aren't as good as Tamarack.
