water tank是租还是买好啊？ 大家有什么建议？

今天在HD看到最好的wanter tank也只要600多， 12年保修。 现在每月租的话要20出头。

这里的大拿们是如何做的？

我想是不包括安装的。嗯， 人工就不知道包括了没， 极大可能不包人工。

安装人工好像是价格一倍。不过买的话现在很多人都买那些tankless的。租的话旧了可以要求他们换一个新的。

For the new build house,you can cancel the hot water tank rental contract after one year.

I calculated to install a new one, but it still cost around $2000, if you stay in the house more than 2 years. That sounds worthy to replace it. And now the govement suggests to install no tank hot water system... I haven't got into detail yet. That product looks like cost around $3000, but very efficiency.

建议还是租HOT WATER TANK.修起来方便.
