家里冰箱有个问题

家里冰箱有个问题：上面冷冻室的冷气好像到不了下面的冷藏室，似乎是什么东西堵
住了，所以下面冷藏室不是很冷。但除一下霜就好了。基本上要一个月除一下霜就
能使冷气到下面。请问，这是什么问题，可以解决吗？

有可能是密封条的问题。导致你的霜太多，堵塞了管道。
只是猜想。

How old is your 冰箱? Maybe a lots ice inside between 冷冻室 and 冷藏室 (you may cannot see the ice because it is inside the covers.). You may try to stop use it for a few days or use a small heater to remove the ice after 除霜. It may be working. --- However, after some months, it may go back again and needs do above steps again.
