my understanding is high inflation rate -> low housing price? Any one has charts to share?

after the recession in early 90s, the interest rate went to 10%+.

not many people can live with that kind of mortgage rate. That maight happen again.
 
Not sure if it is always true. but here are few examples, 1930s, 1970s, late 1980s.

reason, mostly Canadians has relative stable jobs and static income.
High inflation -> less real disposable income -> less savings -> less asset purchase -> lower price of assets.
