问了几个人，都说还要500元的手续费，觉得不值。大家知道哪里能拿到免手续费的line of credit吗？请给推荐一下，谢谢！

是的。而且最近刚调高了line of credit 的利率。

Never have been asked for the fee. You may consider to switch to a different bank.

Prime+1% for new line, I guess.

in certain month of year, bank has "promotion", bank pay the lawyer for you. Most time of teh year, u have to pay lawyer fee.
