问题：UPS - broken box

it looks alright from the outside.......but I need to assemble it before I can check the whole thing.....it takes a lot of time to do that...if not alright then I need to disassemble and repackage it to return..

Call your dealer right away. Tell them what your concern, ask them what you should do.

你在收到的时候，有没有让UPS的司机在他的那个大PDA（接受签名的那个）里写上 broken box， 如果有，就不用担心，没有的话，根据以往的经验，估计就没戏了。 签了名表示你已经验收了。 反正无论如何都要试着向他们claim
