Durig 2000 and 2002, the houses in Morgan Grants was more expensive than the houses in other areas because it's close to High-Tech park. But now most people in High-Tech are laid-off. I think that's the main reason.
Concerning Randon Gas, I heard about that before I bought house in Morgan Grants, I queried some local people, some lived there for ten years, it's nothing, because Kanata means "stone city", in the area with lots of stone, it's more likely higher Randon gas, but it's noraml, like sb. decorate their house or the building with lots of granite stone, it's sort of polution but in normal level.
Concerning industrail dumping site, I remember it's another place far away. Morgan Grants area used to be a big forest, since Minto and other builders build house there, most forest are cut, now you still can see a lot forest left there.
I did a lot investigation and consulted inspectors before I bought my house there, they said everywhere is polution but in normal level, no need to worry.
