Bell 和 Roger 那个头痛点？

Yes. Bell's customer service is bad.

I had experience for cancel one service, I need called day after day, month after month. During my call, they told me no more charges and sent me another more charge bill!

Rogers’s service is better.

Rogers’s service is better. Bell was a 垄断 phone company in Canada. They don't care about small customers' complains. Most big companies still use their service since all the phone lines belong to them.

Rogers is a little more expensive, but service is lots better than bell's. I canceled my service with bell, that was the best decision I made.

几小时,电话吵架每次从10-60分钟.到是都赢了,不是本事高,而是他们太离谱.
