地震，水灾，飓风，核战争等造成的破坏，是否在保修范围之内？还真不清楚。不过，房屋保险一般也不给保，除非额外付费。

有没有明白的人给说说？

所知道的水灾，飓风有的保。但是象这种情况政府也有特许基金来保的。

不过我家是去年由BYTOWN做的FENCE,感觉挺好的.可能是我们几家是TOWN HOUSE,由西人出面去谈的,所以还很顺利.

From the look of the pictures, the place where the fence fell appeared to be between two houses, so the excuse that it was blown off by the wind didn't seem to make sense, unless it is a tornado.

Take them to a small claim court.

If there was a tornado, we all could find out from the news. We have not seen any things from the news on the weekend. The company said that was due to the wind. As you know the wind is much stronger in the winter. We should expect the fences can last at least 10 years. I think that is reasonable. From the pictures, I can not image that can stand for 10 years.

The company tried to cover up itself. It said: "cost damage by nature will not cover." I asked what warranties was for. Is it to protect the company or the consumers. You can say all the problems for the fences cost by Gravity. So you should tell us there is no warranties at the beginning.

I understood the another said he/she is lucky. However, we felt the same thing before until they fell down.
Anyway, I am here just try to remind all the friends who are looking for building fences. Please spend a little more time to shop around before you make any decision.

Check you contract, does it include the item for this condition?
If so, you have nothing to do.

Be honest, it could be typical that has this item in it.

In international trading, such items were in the contract by default, not so sure in this busines.
