let me give you some tips. when you phone them try yuor best to be nice to the ppl who answered the phone. they are doing their job and you are angry with Primus not them. thinking in tis way , if you were them who you wanna help , an angry client or a nice client? the point is you need got the problem fixed, honestly if they could fix the problem who cares who made the mistake, right?

楼上那位转贴的英文贴, 我碰到过同样问题, 我用的long distance carrier 不知道什么原因掉了我的线, 我自己并不知道被落回到 Bell Canada 了, 还在那里傻傻地继续打长途, 但在Bell 没有 plan 的情况下, 长途不是一般的贵, 是非常非常的贵, 我怀疑是惩罚性质的价。最后long distance carrier 只负责接回我的线但不赔钱, Bell 当然不会给已经产生的费用降价。 我的选择很有限: 要么继续打架把自己气疯, 要么找什么地方投诉, 要么认了。

我们做consumer的最后总是倒霉, 借着他们的竞争能够得一点点好处, 真不容易, 稍微出一点纰漏就是我们倒霉, 而不是商家倒霉。 所以唯一的办法是学会保护自己, 从一开始就保护。电信系统打破Bell的垄断允许竞争也不过才10年吧, 有待改善的方面还多着呢,我们只能先学会保护自己,再学会据理力争。

I was very nice to them in the beginning and then I turned very angry and mad, because those people simply just didn't listen to me and reasoned with me.

生气归生气,事儿还是要办的。。。

没那个经理找律师砸钱耗时间,就突击一星期打5天电话,争取把所有的call centre manager都骚扰到,每个人说一遍你这故事。。。

实在没辙找记者,然后better business bureau,然后交钱或者找律师吧。。。

大家知道有个长途电话测试号码吗?如果拨打这个号码后,对方会自动告诉你你的长途电话公司是谁。17005554141.还有啊可以给你的电话公司打电话要求锁上长途,这样就不会打错了,不过要开通得花10刀(BELL)
 
BELL只要你是它的电话客户就自动给你开了长途,我老妈还以为是原来的长途随便打,害得我只好用BELL的长途计划,来换取取消老妈贵的惊人的长话费,导致我每月电话费快60块了。而ROGERS就不是。
