maybe you guys can suggest for the best convenient for the most? the date I gave just a suggestion only, since it is not convenient for the majority, change of date should be considered.

hi everyone, it seems numbers of people interested in this group. Hopefully it will do some benifits to the community. trying to avoid weekend meeting-as everyone needs time for family, I will arrange weekday meeting. from 3:00pm to 4:00/4:30pm.
please advice which day will be the most convenient for the majority.-initially is second Tuesday of each month.
location will be held at 80A Jamie Avenue. Near the intersection of huntclub and merivale Rd. Tel: 613-226-1733

How about 7:00pm to 8:00pm every Wednesday?

For the first meeting we should have an agreement or rules for everyone to follow. After that, depend on the projects we could organize different group for different projects. Each group has two organizers to schedule time and people. For the priority of the project, lottery rules could be used to select a project.

可行. 我报名. 不过这个时间有的家庭可能不方便, 不如找个Tim Hortons更随意些. 有具体project时再去家里.
