If you want to 改成 4 卧 upstairs, it would cost you a fortune to do this. You'd better look for a 'real' 4 卧 house.

3+1 = 4 all upstairs. The owner was crazy to make 4 = 3+1

I just want to know how much to spend to change back.

Without knowing the details, it is difficult to say.

If it is just one wall to knock down, you are probably looking between $500-1000.

Put this way, the builder floor plan shows 4 bedroom or 3 + 1( as loft). Now I want to change to loft back to a bedroom.

The reason I am asking is for bargining the price.

沙发后面栏杆变一堵墙，近景垂直再一堵墙+一个门，围起来的新卧室里按规矩要一个closet。天花板已经有接线口，墙壁也有插座（有落地灯&TV），不用特别走线。应该可做。不知道多少钱。。。

BTW, is it a reasonable price? Since there are quite a few houses on sale in Kanata, should the price for Kanata Laker more than 20k than rest of area or not?
