EI is not government funded. There is a huge EI surplus, thanks for low unemployement rate for the last decade. Everyone knows we need spending, but to what? That was my question, for such huge spending, did you get your fair share, now or later? You or your children/grandchildren are the ones to pay it back. I don't care to 花力氣施肥 if I have a fair share of 桃子吃, that was my point. If I paid $2,000 but have only 1lb 桃子, while some other guys who are much richer than I, get tons of 桃子 while pay little or none, that's unfair to me. Alternatively, if I cannot change the game, I try to join those who eat more but pay less.
