请问VANIER这个区的出租房值得投资吗?

Most house in that area is quite old, some of them are over 40 yrs old. What do you think the appreciation room for these house?
Also more maintainence is required for old house.
 
老實說,我個人是比較傾向找有管理公司的,那些有保證每月有收入的,上下不到$20~30塊一個月,起碼你可以確保每月有供貸款的收入,不會有租不出去就要自已掏錢供房的情況。也沒有要自己登廣告找租客或是三更半夜要找你通廁所之類的麻煩。:)

我如何知道哪些房源是有管理公司的呢?这些房源是不是只有HIGH BUILDING, 是否包括独立HOUSE?你在那些网站上查这些房源信息?我听人提起过这种房子,但一直在网上没看到,可能是买的太快了,或者网站不对。
 
As I known, in mont-royal of Montreal, many houses worth over one million are over 100 year old. These houses are very special. Some people told me that the wood flooring in the house is few times thicker that what we have now, and with very beautiful pattern designs, not like ours now, all standard. For sure, the old house need more maintenance. But I don't think the age will depreciate the house value, more important is the condition, location of the house. However, if you don't know much about the construction, some problems could easily bring you out of budget.

The properties I'm talking about are low-rise condominiums with property management in that area, not houses. Thanks.:)

這是4層樓高的condo,我也在找看有沒有townhouse或大一點的投資樓盤。:)
