I am looking for somebody take over my two bedrooms apartment. I am planning to leave Ottawa at the end of March, and will be back in around half a year. During this period, you can take over my apartment. The apartment is currently rented month to month.If you don't want to live here anymore during this period, give notice to Minto two months in advance. If you still want to live here when I come back, you can continue to live, I'll find other place.
I would like to offer my furniture to you for using till I'm back. The furniture may include two brand new queen size beds (with Matress),double size sofa bed, reclining chair, a set of dining room furniture, computer desk, kitchen table, tea table, lamps ... All the windows have blinds.
The apartment loacates in Bayshore.4th floor, face south. Minto's property. Free recreation certre (indoor/outdoor swimming pool, gym,basketball...) Walk distance to the Bayshore shopping cerntre.Transpo Bus station (97,99,85 ...) around the corner. 2 minutes to the highway. Conjunct to Bayshore public element school. 5 minutes to the Andrew Park/Ottawa river.
Monthly rent of the apartment is $874. Hydro and heat are included.Big fridge.Rogers Cable (TV and High-Speed Internet)is currently available.
