拿EI要求Full time looking for job。出国需要报告请假，出国期间，停止发钱。

You should inform the government your leave before you going abroad and inform them your return after you coming back. If you are not in Canada one day during a week, you are not entitled to EI for that week. So plan your trip wisely.
