Police are looking for information from the public after a woman was apparently assaulted last night on a recreational pathway near Centrepointe Dr.
Police were called to the scene around 10:20 p.m. They said the woman was found unconscious on the ground near the pathway.
Police said accounts from the victim and a witness indicate the woman was assaulted and knocked unconscious.
Paramedics said the woman, 27, was taken to the Ottawa Hospital and is stable condition.
