590 FUJTV,
And, 595 CYRTV

One more found at Rogers free Chinese 频道 : 592 HuNanTV
Occasionally I found another free Chinese channels – WOWTV at Rogers TV channel 808. It is a Toronto multi-culture TV and have more local Canada news.

Post it for interested people 分享.
It speaks Chinese after 5:30pm and evening time (In Mandarin and Cantonese and always have Chinese characters at bottom). It may have other time speaking Chinese.
I found two free Rogers Chinese Mandarin TVs of CCTV & BJTV last month but it already not free now.

Please note: to get this channel, you should ---

It could be digital box user because all multi-culture channels at after channel 571.
One more, I got one-year free digital box use including HDTV channels from last year. It may still open from Rogers now. Interested people may call Rogers ask it.[/FONT]
