DIY, EASY. You can find a poster at homedepot beside the the place where they put wax ring, pictures show you how to do it yourself.

Wax ring is not included, so take one, also the seat is not included, pick one too, I used my old seat, I forgot to mention that, so total price will be $256 + $10(wax ring) + $nn(seat).

Better deal this week, we just got one from homedepot yesterday, Paid $210 for tank+wax ring+seat. It is on sale now.

买前先看看 Toilet 是不是在 CITY Approved Toilet Listing 上，不在Listing 上的没rebate 。home depot 卖的 Toilet 有rebate都标出了，有的店没标示。

我们买的是costco的那种两种水量的抽水马桶，在他们减价的时候，比有rebate的更值。
另外，如果是为了要rebate，一定要注意留旧马桶在家里原样用的时候的证明－－－带日期照片为证，以表示是自己家换下的，否则比较磨嘴皮－－－这是我们邻居发现我们在扔旧马桶是的好心警告和建议。

LG在买之前做了一些搜索调查，也走了几家店，把结果告知大家，仅供参考，请不要问我为什么，我只知道结果，别的不懂。

这个星期在American Standard Cadet 3 HomeDepot 有特价，上面以提到价钱了，还有$60块钱的REBEAT，这个产品反映很好，比现在costco卖的要好。至于有的是两种水量的，店员推荐的是一种的比两种的好，不知道为什么。安装很方便，从拆旧的到装上新的，大概用了两个小时。

It is on sale this week, ONLY $177! ( not including the seat and wax ring). I bought one again tonight, it is $20 cheaper than the one I bought last week.

the same one I bought one sale last week( including seat $7.99, and wax ring $10) is $209.
