二个小油杯 (i.e. the bottom small grease-collecting cups) 都坏了(是塑料的, 机型: 皇冠牌抽油烟机-自动清洗), 在渥太华哪里可以买到? 多谢了!

I found the local 皇冠牌抽油烟机 service support and was told 小油杯 is NOT under Warranty coverage! ( I bought it less than one year.) I have a friend who bought the same 皇冠牌抽油烟机 at the same time also have the same broken 小油杯 problem.

Be careful when you buy 皇冠牌抽油烟机!!!

According to the guy Ken that installed my friend's rangehood, he told my friend they can order the oil cup at the store that next to Scotia bank on Summerset st. if it broke. He said the problem is, oil breaks down plastic very fast. Good luck!
