9月要上SK的女儿排到了一个daycare, 不是subsidy的位子，可以申请subsidy吗？

我们符合Child Care Subsidy网站上的资格要求。（City of Ottawa - Financial Help Subsidy）
但不知道，我们排到的是全费的day care space, 可以申请subsidy吗？ 如果可以申请的话，一般多久可以拿到？在BC省, 假如在小孩开始上daycare两个月后subsidy申请下来了，前两个月多交的托儿费还可以返还，不知在ON省可不可以？

You had better ask the day care center. Usually, they will let you if you can get subsidy from City Of Ottawa. I have just applied the child care susidy recently. First of all, you have to get the space. Then you call City Of Ottawa - Child Care Subsidy and make an appointment. If you are approved, City Of Ottawa will contact the day care center directly. Then it will send a letter to you and tell you how much money you have to pay and how much money City Of Ottawa will pay.

如果是full fee的位置，应该不可以，只有subsidy space才可以，私立幼儿园也不可以。
