townhouse的涨幅，single/semi我不清楚
周四跟今天去sales center听他们sales说的

按年率计算，7月份构成消费者物价指数（CPI）的8个产业中有3个下降。交通、住房和服装价格均出现下跌，其中交通业价格下降9%。而汽车价格下降4.3%，跌幅小于5月的5.2%和6月的6.6%。与2008年7月相比，食品的价格上涨了5%，表明食品价格上涨正在减缓，但增幅仍领跑于其他行业。

道明证券高级经济师Charmaine Buskas表示，“这些数据不会让加央行改变其要将通胀率稳定至2010年的目标。随着经济乏力的持续和加元升值，未来几个月里通胀率还会出现继续下跌的趋势。加央行将密切关注这些趋势，除非通胀方面出现重大的变化，否则目前既定的货币政策将不会改变。”

对，本来我还打算过1，2年自己存够down-pay自己供房子
但是现在这个利率市场，这个房价，早下水比晚下水好。
只好跟父母借了部分down-pay拿下再说，回头慢慢还家里。

I heard Urbandale (Riverside South) will raise prices in the first/second week of September. Richcraft (Riverside South) will do the same. They want to incorporate the impact of HST as closing date for new homes may be after next June.

Sales rep of Urbandale (Riverside South) said they have sold 19 units within the past three weeks. Definitely, people were getting crazy !!
