This is pretty much to test your analytical thinking and effective communication.

For analytical thinking,
Show an event that is more complex (across department or team)
1) Describe the environment
2) Describe the role you are in
3) Describe all the people involved with the event
4) Describe the problem
5) Describe the steps you took to resolve it
6) Expand each step in detail by adding "I did....", "I thought...." in front of decision making sentence
7) Event outcome
