Help: Neighbor Wild Teenager Damaged my Roof

My neighbor has a wild teenage girl. She and two friends jumped out of their bedroom window and walked on top of our roof. They were walking on top of it and jumped to our front porch. We saw them through the window, but before we came out to catch them, they ran away. We did have a chance to scream "No" through the window, but the damage is done. Their actions caused some damage on the garage roof structure and eavestrough. What should I do to pursue the damage without causing trouble with neighbor? More importantly, how should I prevent this from happening again?

Fix it on your cost this time but before doing it talk to the girl's parents and let them know what happened to avoid its happening again.
