是否该续签煤气的固定价格合同?

收到煤气公司的信。５年的合同到期. 说续签一年固定价在0.267刀/每立方米，３年固定0.292，５年固定0.303。如果不续签，市场价0.20，但是每三个月一调价。想听听大家的意见。固定还是浮动好? (听说北美煤气供过于求，价格会下行。)

what is last winter gas supplier price from Enbridge?
0.20 is current summer price.
90% consumer is in winter (I remember is 0.39)

好像LZ不应该签。但是who knows. Looks like that it is cheaper to keep floating price.
