Golf tournament proposal
1. Players pay their own green fee for their games.
2. Adopting the modified match play style: (foursome in each game), each hole
- win the hole --- 1 point
- half the hole 0.5 point
- triple the hole 0.33 point
- no winners 0.25 point
3. After 18 holes to calculate total points for the game.
- The highest score player 10 points
- The second highest player 6 points
- The third 3 points
- The fourth 1 point
4. One card will be used to record player scours.
- It must be signed by all players,
- It will be collected by tournament organiser and posted in the CFC or other channel.
- Players can record their own scours in the game by themselves for their reference.
5. Play 8 games at 8 different courses.
6. 16 or 20 or 24 players will be alright for the tournament.
7. Player can form a foursome by their wish to play a game.
- No two players will play together for more than 4 games;
- Player could not play two games in same course,
- Player can choose their tee time flexible, i.e. in the morning, or in the afternoon or by twilight.
- Player could play all 8 courses or less as their wishes.
8. After 8 games, the rank of players will be posted.
9. The first play-off game (9th game) will be organized and adopted the modified stroke play rules.
- Player have to play this game, if they wish to play final play-off game,
- Foursomes are formed by their rank,
- will play at same course,
- tee off time will be arranged by their rank,
- The scores will be used to determine final play off rank.
10. The last play-off game (10th game) will be organized.
- Foursomes are formed by their last game rank,
- will play at same course,
- tee off time will be arranged by their rank,
- The scores will be used to determine final champion.
11. Presentation
- The play-off winner will be awarded with the championship trophy.
- The prizes will be presented to the regular games winner and top 10 players of play-off.
12. The organizations would like to call for donations including
- Trophy
- Gifts, etc.
- No cash
- Volunteers to organize the games, pick up players (car pool), etc.
