Normal Meter Pricing
If you do not have a Smart-Meter or if your hydro utility is not utilizing time-of-use billing, you are charged the same rate regardless of when you consume your electricity. The RPP rate has two price tiers. The price you pay depends on how much electricity you use. In the summer, the higher price is used when you consume more than 750KwH of hydro in a given month. In the winter months, the higher electricity price is charged for consumption above 1,000 kWh.First 1000 Kilo Watt Hours per month:5.8 cents/kWhAbove 1000 kWh:6.7 cents/kWh
