原料; 茄子500克,酱油15克,醋,l0克,糖,l0克,淀粉3克,料酒5克,葱5克,姜3克,蒜3克,豆瓣辣酱4克,油50克味精,l克。



做法:

①将茄子去皮、去蒂,切成小块。葱、姜、蒜均切成末

②将酱油、醋、糖、料酒、淀粉、味精、葱、姜、蒜放入碗中,调成汁;

③炒锅内放入油烧热后放入茄块、豆瓣辣酱,不停地煸炒,待茄块炒软且成熟后,放入碗汁,迅速翻炒使汁挂匀后出锅即可。
 
as a single cooking idiot, i need to let you know, yatou, you are so cruel. every time i saw your cooking recipe, i think you are going to kill me, especially when i am hungry and tired and keen for chinese food, and worst of all, you even post the picture of the dish. that's the last straw that make me post this message. have mercy on me, please, give me something to eat or death
 
有个问题,图中的茄子并没象做法里讲的“切成小块”啊???
