I do not recomammed John. Although I do not doubt his technical knowledge, his attitude to treat Chinese people is not respectful.

Inspecting house is such as test software. It is always better if find more problems.

John is a picky people, but it is good to find many problems. It can make people sick, especially builder. But he makes job well done. He did it for me and I like his job (not him).

I totally agree with this person's opinion. his 傲慢、偏见、霸道和粗鲁 made you almost lost your confident on everything. During the insection time, I dis asked him if you can point what is wrong in the house,he replied, "do you want to me to spend another hour to explan
what is wrong". in fact, he spent one and fourty minutes on my house, I thought he could spend another 10 minutes to pin point what is wrong in the house, which will save me a lot more time to read report and figure out where is where. I also noticed that he critized a lot for chinese nation although he said he have done lot more inspection for chinese families. I would say it could be discrimination.

I would not invite John next time, it is not a right way doing an inspection job. In contrust, the Chinese guy, Sun Jiang' has the poferssional attitude to customers, even though you have not concidered if I would like him to do an inspection or not.

Exactly he is. He delayed to send the report to me. He missed some items I told him to be in the list (I couldn't bear this ). He saw my work phone knowing I work in Quebec side, then he started to criticize French people. Eventhough the report is very thick, there are only couple/ seveal pages Tarion/builder/ower needed.
