CRA need high school diploma. If I only have Bachelor degree in China and another diploma from Canada University, it is mean I am not qualify?

I'm not lowering my level , it is entry level position. I don't have much experience.
This position don't need experience too. The pay is above 50 K, which is much better than I work in private sector.

Exactly. I applied a similar position before. I was told by an internal person that this type of position/advertisement was actually prepared for a specific individual. It is wasting other people's time and efforts, kind of cheating.

这样的招聘启事，都是骗人的。这份工作起码已经有内定人选了。除非你的经历符合。

Tax Auditor? 据我所知，初级Auditor须要有大学学历，最少修过会计学分。

看一看这招聘启事，可能是要把本来是CR的人员改编成Auditor，因为政府部门很少裁减人员。

这也就是为什么政府各级部门一年不如一年，最后上层做决定的全都是没人待见的。。。

不然就是把真正会干活的人员调走，因为会干活的人就会让效率提升，反而让不会干活的人增加工作压力，就表现出会干活的人没有团队精神。

空出来的位置，就让球队队友填补。队友不会Java？没问题，每年有培训预算，花几千块到Learning Tree学习几天，就能培训出个Java高手。只要球技好，学什么都不是问题。

而且大家都是球队队友，也是同事，整个组里都有共同嗜好乐趣，虽然工作效率低了，但是重要的团队精神是大大的增加了！

一个朋友在DND做到那个部门离不开他也不放他的境界，整个一层楼就他一个搞技术的，就他一个最忙，就他一个反复因为各种简单（本人电脑盲，说了很多次没有听懂）系统改进-自己设计的不用花钱更新而被内部调查。。。

20多年的心理压力，烦躁，从一个青年时代冰球队的明星mvp被折腾到一个300多快四百的标准胖子。。。

最后医生开方子，让他吸食医用大麻，人也放松了，也学会偷懒了，也不跟头提意见了。。。

现在工资也长了，级别也提了，corner office也有了。。。

难怪今年ＣＲＡ一会儿给我退税，一会儿要我补税。原来是高中毕业生干的！

高中毕业生那是现在的要求，很多已经在里面是资深审批员的甚至是10年级读完就进去了的。。。
