如果龙虾一直是这个价,那以后天天都不用煮饭做菜了

Too little meat. That's why it is so cheap. This is the first time I had such lobsters. I woouldn't buy it eventhough they offer the same price with that kind of lobsters. Is that everyone getting that kind of lobsters? I thought because I didn't ask the staff to pick the stronger ones.
here's other thoughts for T & T:
1. the dimsum is good but the price is not good (is the same as in the restaurant). It is not afforable for a long term.
2. The quality of the plastic bag is so bad. Almost everyone is leaking. How can we use them to put garbage? If T &T provides them, should be strong enough, otherwise don't provide them.
 
我家小的非常赏脸,这可是俺第一次做姜葱龙虾,俩跟雏鸟一样伸着脖子张着嘴一口一口等着要,俺们拨克剔肉忙得不亦乐乎。呵呵,没忍住,星期五原样又来一遍,结果又原样给我扫光光!:eek:
星期六俺是不敢去大统华赶集了,回头俺去PEI 是不是得配上姜葱龙虾的装备啊?听说那边就是蒸熟了那么吃,N 多同胞这么给吃改了的:D

他干爹做的姜葱龙虾真不错,不是吹的,跟馆子里不相上下,也不是很费事。
作为我们家的保留节目了。下次聚会就吃这个。
昨天又去了趟大统华,觉得生活真不容易啊。干爹说以后要成立个大统华周末突击打豆浆队:一大早冲进去买了回家慢慢吃。:D
 
:p那是要去败一败的,以后再见了这价钱的龙虾,咱也淡定了:)

俺从纽芬兰过来的同事说,他们那最穷的孩子天天午饭都吃龙虾。

螃蟹的肉比龙虾的嫩得多,而且更鲜。大家为什么对螃蟹没有这种狂热呢?

虽然我非常爱吃螃蟹,但是不敢动手,自出国后再没吃过了。:(
:D俺家通常是吃梭子蟹的,这次是因为价钱合适做实验,才敢动手做龙虾。:p

而且孩子没法吃螃蟹肉。

就是觉得螃蟹那样吃才有味道 - 清蒸,沾酱醋自己一点点剥。又炒又炸的没意思。
 
Metro, Sobeys sometimes have on sale lobster at around 5.99/LB.
I remember I saw this price 5.99/lb at 168 too.
