Recently I go to GYM everyday (weekday).
啤酒鸭 is not simple. I tried once as others told me.
1. Get rid of the skin & fat, after that only half duck left.
2. Cut it into pieces, feel like a butcher. Already tired after finish this step.
3. Cooked and pour some beer (half bottle, while drink another half), feel dizzy already.
4. Probably successful. Yield to everyone to eat, saying so good. but no one admit it.
5. After 3 days in fridge, pour it into garbage. End of poor duck story.
I am thinking if T & T could provide 烤鸭 service, I can bring it back to BBQ/toast. Here I am not talking about buying 烤鸭.
